SecTrail MFA
Unwanted access is highly prevented with multi-factor authentication. With SecTrail, you can provide multi-step authentication for secure access to your network, portal or applications.
How does 2FA Work?
SecTrail provides multi-factor authentication by following these steps.
Phase One Validation
User information is verified by SecTrail MFA by querying authentication servers or locally.
Review
The necessary information is collected for the second verification via Authentication Notification (Push), SoftOTP, SMS or Email.
One Time Password
A one-time password is generated and transmitted to the user. If the authentication notification method is selected, confirmation from the mobile application is expected.
Phase Two Validation
Access is allowed if the one-time password or confirmation notification transmitted by the user is verified.
